Workforce Development, a training provider based in Auckland and Hawkes Bay, has been in operation for over 25 years. Our blended learning delivery which means that in many cases students can study while in part time employment.
Our Workplace Literacy courses create an effective training solution by identifying the skills and knowledge staff need and training them to improve their own performance and the business outcomes. These government-funded courses come at no cost to your business and we will tailor-design the programme according to your requirements.
We provide one-day training courses in Food Safety, and LCQ, as preparation for a Bar Manager’s Licence. At the Manukau City campus, we offer Level 3 and Level 4 certificate programmes in Early Childhood Education and Youth Work, and a Level 5 Programme in Health & Wellbeing (Applied Practice).
We are an accredited training provider, so eligible students can also take advantage of the fees free scheme available to residents and citizens.
