Workforce Development is a foundation training provider based in Auckland, Hawkes Bay and Wellington. We have been in operation for over 25 years and provide study courses that help people into employment.

Currently run by a family-owned trust, we pride ourselves on our ability to work with a wide range of individuals to achieve positive learning outcomes. At the Manukau City campus, we offer Level 3 and Level 4 certificate programmes in Early Childhood Education and Youth Work, as well as one-day training in LCQ and Food Safety.

We demonstrate our commitment to helping individuals transform themselves into industry professionals by ensuring small class-sizes, and flexibility in working with our students' competing commitments such as family circumstances, childcare arrangements and work obligations. As an accredited training provider, eligible students can also take advantage of the fees free scheme available to residents and citizens.
