Workforce Development, trading under Hospitality Management Consultants (HMC), is a premium provider of the industry-standard Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) authorised by Service IQ.
Our one-day LCQ training offers comprehensive knowledge and expertise in providing service at bars and restaurants and is a prerequisite for securing a manager's licence with the local council.
We pride ourselves in ensuring quality outcomes for our learners, which includes supporting those whose first language may not be English. We also provide Food Safety and Food Hygiene training so that individuals are armed with the necessary knowledge to be safe practitioners and meet their compliance obligations.
